Robot Automation Engineer Jr.

Responsibilities

• Support design control activities, including documentation and deliverable reviews
• Collaborate on the development of control systems, equipment, and machinery
• Participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of automation solutions
• Maintain and update diagrams and schematics for new and existing equipment
• Provide technical support for capital projects under supervision
• Assist in the development of graphical control interfaces and database configurations
• Participate in prototyping, testing, and system optimization activities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define technical requirements for sensors, networks, and computing
• Propose improvements and updates to existing hardware and software systems
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company machinery specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of experience in automation, control systems, or similar roles
• Knowledge of PLC, HMI, and automation systems
• Familiarity with industrial robots (e.g., Fanuc)
• Experience with Ignition SCADA and RSLogix
• Basic to intermediate technical English proficiency
