Robot Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Program, debug, and deploy industrial robots on production lines
• Participate in robot production line design, cycle time optimization, and layout evaluation
• Integrate robots with PLCs, vision systems, and welding equipment
• Support robot equipment installation, FAT/SAT, and ramp-up to mass production
• Troubleshoot robot alarms, downtime, and system stability issues
• Prepare robot programming standards and training materials
• Support new process and equipment introduction and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial robot applications
• Experience with FANUC, ABB, KUKA, or YASKAWA
• Proficient in teach pendant programming and on-site commissioning

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the new energy, battery, or automotive industry
