Roadway Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway and transportation projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, schedule, and financial goals are met
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with internal disciplines, clients, subconsultants, and agencies
• Oversee design task assignments, calculations, plans, submittals, and constructability reviews
• Track project progress, budgets, billing, profitability, and contract performance using project management tools and CRM systems
• Support proposal development, business development, client relationship management, and contract negotiations
• Mentor team members, support recruiting and onboarding, and help identify training needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical/business field
• 10+ years of related work experience with a broad technical and business background
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Strong communication, coordination, and client management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FDOT processes, procedures, and requirements
• Demonstrated success delivering roadway projects in Florida
