Roadway Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway and transportation projects from planning through delivery
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and financial performance
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subconsultants, clients, and agencies
• Review design tasks, calculations, plans, submittals, and constructability
• Support contract negotiation, invoicing, collections, and project reporting
• Build client relationships and contribute to business development and proposals
• Mentor staff, support recruiting, and help develop team capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
• 10+ years of related work experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Strong project management, communication, and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FDOT processes, procedures, and requirements
• Proven success delivering roadway projects in Florida
• Experience serving as Engineer of Record on transportation projects
