Roadway Electrical Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Communicate and advocate 100% Uncompromised Safety expectations and requirements
• Develop and maintain Team and customer relationships promoting company Core Values
• Train and mentor Foremen and Project Teams
• Assist project Foremen with planning, management, and support of Project Teams
• Perform project visits and walkthroughs to ensure execution and schedule adherence
• Manage and allocate Department workforce based on crewmember strengths
• Evaluate Team to identify training and development opportunities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 10+ years of electrical field experience
• 3+ years of roadway electrical field experience
• 3+ years of electrical crew supervision experience
• Extensive knowledge of NEC and electrical construction processes
• Ability to read and understand construction blueprints, schematics, and specs
• Valid driver's license (CDL A preferred)
• Kentucky Electrical License preferred
