Roadway Electrical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Communicate and advocate 100% Uncompromised Safety expectations to the Project Team
• Plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of specific projects to ensure on-time completion and scope adherence
• Coordinate scheduling of labor, materials, tools, and equipment with Field Leadership
• Resolve construction difficulties swiftly and maintain client relationships
• Manage pricing for scope changes and change orders with the Estimating Team
• Monitor project installations to ensure quality control
• Manage daily progress reports and weekly labor reporting
• Lead, mentor, and motivate Field Leadership and the project workforce

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 10 years of electrical field experience
• 3 years of roadway field experience
• 5 years of electrical crew supervision
• Ability to read construction blueprints, schematics, and specifications
• Extensive knowledge of NEC and electrical construction processes
• Valid driver's license
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• IMSA Roadway Lighting and Traffic Signal Certifications
