Roadtrip & RV Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer check-ins, check-outs, briefings, and provide ongoing rental support
• Prepare and perform RV demonstrations to showcase features and specifications
• Track leads, demos, and follow-ups using CRM tools
• Convert rental customers into sales opportunities to meet targets
• Maintain knowledge of RV models and perform basic system demonstrations
• Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues as needed

Requirements

• 1-3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Ability to understand and explain technical RV/vehicle systems
• Proficiency using rental systems
• Valid Driving License (Category B)
• Fluency in English
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the depot for extended periods
• Ability to lift or carry light to moderate items (10–15 kg)
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak-season schedules
