Roadside Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Respond to roadside assistance calls in a timely and professional manner
• Perform essential services including jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, fluid top-offs, and battery testing
• Conduct basic vehicle checks and inspections, reporting major concerns to the Service Advisor
• Maintain service equipment and vehicles in clean, working condition
• Follow all company safety policies and proper procedures for safe vehicle handling
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each job

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently in outdoor conditions
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and MVR screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in automotive maintenance or roadside assistance
