Roadside Rescue Advisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate emergency support by connecting customers with roadside assistance service providers
• Use active listening and probing questions to fully understand customer situations
• Resolve routine, complex, and unique roadside assistance issues with urgency and professionalism
• Locate and engage service providers to ensure fast and efficient roadside rescues
• Maintain clear communication with customers and service partners throughout the rescue process
• Aim for first-call resolution to support high levels of customer satisfaction
• Follow established procedures and adhere to time-sensitive protocols

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Advanced English and Spanish (fully bilingual)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work across multiple systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, emergency dispatch, call centers, or related environments
