Roadshow Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Represent True Classic at Costco Roadshows with confidence and high energy
• Create a welcoming and engaging experience for every shopper
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations highlighting fit, comfort, and style
• Pitch products, overcome objections, and close sales
• Set up and break down branded displays in partnership with Costco staff
• Maintain a polished and organized booth throughout each event
• Consistently hit and exceed sales goals

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel and work on the road for up to 10 consecutive days
• Tech-savvy with ability to use apps for onboarding and coordination
• Prior sales, product demos, or retail experience preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders and step stools
• Availability to work weekends and holidays

Benefits

• Base pay: $16.50 - $22/hour
• High-earning, performance-based weekly commission
• $500 sign-on bonus after first three shows
