Road Safety Specialist

Responsibilities

• Control drivers regarding licenses, work-rest regimes, and medical fitness
• Conduct introductory, scheduled, and unscheduled road safety briefings
• Organize training and professional development for driving staff
• Analyze causes and circumstances of traffic accidents involving company vehicles
• Maintain records of accidents and traffic violations
• Develop accident prevention measures and report to management
• Monitor compliance with internal policies, instructions, and regulations
• Cooperate with police and other road safety authorities
• Verify waybills and other transport documentation

Requirements

• Higher education (Bachelor or Specialist) in a relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar or related role
• Knowledge of traffic rules, vehicle construction, and road traffic legislation
• Valid Category B driver's license
