Road Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Create project planning and monitor progress
• Oversee execution, monitor deviations, and adjust as necessary
• Lead groundworkers, machine operators, drivers, pavers, subcontractors, and asphalt workers (30–50 people)
• Maintain regular contact with clients and participate in consultation meetings
• Manage quality controls of the work
• Prepare progress reports and monitor costs
• Responsible for ordering materials

Requirements

• HBO or MBO degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a (head) supervisor in the GWW sector
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain overview
• Willingness to work night or weekend shifts if necessary for the project
• Preferably residing in the North Holland/South Holland region

• Experience in managing large teams of technical professionals
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills
