Road Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Instruct the project team on daily work and planning
• Supervise 30 to 50 skilled workers and subcontractors
• Maintain contact with clients, project leaders, and environmental managers
• Monitor progress, control costs, and implement solutions for execution changes
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project schedules
• Maintain a positive atmosphere and work environment on-site

Requirements

• MBO or HBO level, preferably in civil engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a supervisor in the GWW (earthworks/infrastructure) sector
• Knowledge of project planning, contract agreements, progress statements, and safety regulations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate clearly
