Road Construction Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership to workers, machine operators, drivers, pavers, and subcontractors
• Organize and coordinate worksite activities and closely monitor the schedule
• Supervise the quality of execution and make adjustments where necessary
• Participate in worksite meetings and maintain contact with the client
• Maintain the worksite diary and monitor costs and progress
• Manage the ordering and management of materials
• Coordinate work with fellow site managers and other disciplines
• Ensure a safe working environment and intervene when necessary

Requirements

• TSO diploma (construction), professional bachelor in civil engineering, or similar
• At least 3 years of experience as a site manager or supervisor in road construction
• Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility
• Good knowledge of Dutch
• Ability to work on a challenging, multi-year project
