Road Construction Estimator

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send out inquiries for quotations
• Analyze tender documentation, including technical documentation and SWZ
• Perform and verify quantity take-offs (type, quantity, and scope of works)
• Develop cost estimates based on project design documentation
• Obtain, analyze, and compare offers from subcontractors and suppliers
• Optimize adopted technical and cost solutions

Requirements

• Higher education in civil engineering (road construction specialization preferred)
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to analyze complex documentation
• Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in calculation or implementation of road works is a significant advantage
