RN/LPN - Charge Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents consistent with their care plan
• Pass medications and take vitals
• Complete related documentation and contribute to medical records
• Participate in the care plan process
• Guide nurse aides working on the unit

Requirements

• Licensed to work as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Indiana
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and serving others
• Effective communication skills with staff, providers, patients, and families
• Ability to provide guidance to a dedicated team
• Ability to properly chart patient information
