RNG Technical Specialist

Responsibilities

• Disseminate technical knowledge of RNG products to Service structures to promote operational autonomy
• Provide advanced technical support for the resolution of complex issues
• Collect and share feedback regarding installation and maintenance criticalities
• Support the creation and updating of maintenance and safety procedures
• Contribute to the drafting and distribution of internal technical documentation
• Deliver technical training at the Training Center and on-site
• Collaborate with various departments to support technical problem-solving
• Support testing, retrofitting, and component development for existing plants
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental impact standards

Requirements

• Technical diploma or Engineering degree
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to travel frequently both in Italy and abroad
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Aptitude for teamwork and technical training

• Permanent contract under the CCNL Metalmeccanico with a salary range of €28,000 to €38,000 based on experience
