RN Supervisor, Outpatient Oncology Clinics

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for outpatient oncology teams, including Hematology & Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Palliative Care.
• Partner closely with physicians and advanced practice providers to support coordinated cancer care.
• Promote a high-quality patient experience across the care continuum.
• Support staffing, workflow, and operational efficiency in collaboration with leadership.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and program development.
• Foster a supportive, collaborative, and engaged team culture.
• Participate in planning and operational decision-making for outpatient oncology services.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the state of Montana (or ability to obtain).
• Minimum of one (1) year of leadership experience in oncology, infusion, ambulatory care, or a related specialty nursing field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong ability to lead teams in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Experience collaborating across disciplines, including physicians and advanced practice providers.
• A patient-first leadership style with a focus on quality and team development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in oncology nursing.
