RN Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Work with colleagues to ensure 24-hour continuity of care
• Provide oversight of medical records in the electronic health record
• Conduct medical assessments of residents and determine when it is necessary to call the physician
• Oversee the admission process of new or re-admitted residents to the nursing care center
• Ensure resident assessment and documentation are complete and timely
• Provide appropriate advice for medications or treatments by established policies

Requirements

• RN or BSN Degree from a school of professional nursing
• Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Active CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of RN experience for per diem status
