RN/LPN

Responsibilities

• Triage patient phone calls following established guidelines to identify health concerns
• Document relevant health information, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record
• Provide health education and teaching to patients to promote optimum health levels
• Administer prescribed medications according to the five rights of medication administration
• Perform physical and psychosocial assessments based on patient presentation
• Complete annual practice and unit-specific clinical skill competencies
• Perform other nursing services commensurate with experience and education

Requirements

• LPN or RN licensure
• Current New Hampshire Board of Nursing license
• Completion of an accredited Nursing program
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR/AED certification
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with multi-disciplinary staff and patients
