RN Executive Director Home Care

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Administrator for the home health provider, overseeing all day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate and complete assigned projects to support immediate and long-range company objectives.
• Oversee patient eligibility, service planning, and the supervision of total home health care.
• Implement administrative practices and agency policies to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Enhance agency profitability while providing motivation and retention for qualified staff.
• Act as a liaison between management staff and other departments throughout the company.

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• 1+ years of supervisory or administrative experience in home healthcare or a related field.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable vehicle or reliable public transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current CPR certification (or ability to complete within 90 days of hire).
• Previous experience in home care settings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
