RN Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Secure and coordinate clinical placements based on enrollment projections, course schedules, and program needs
• Develop, maintain, and expand partnerships with hospitals, healthcare systems, and community agencies
• Recruit qualified adjunct clinical and simulation faculty and maintain a talent pipeline
• Verify faculty qualifications, including licensure, certifications, and eligibility requirements
• Coordinate student clinical assignments across various programs, cohorts, and specialty areas
• Manage clinical affiliation agreements and ensure compliance for both students and faculty
• Forecast faculty, clinical placement, and simulation needs based on program growth
• Maintain detailed records related to clinical contracts, faculty qualifications, and agency onboarding documentation
• Prepare reports regarding clinical capacity, workforce planning, and operational needs

Requirements

• Current unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for tracking, forecasting, and analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience
• Experience in nursing education, clinical coordination, or clinical placement management
• Experience with clinical placement systems, databases, and tracking tools
• Knowledge of Board of Nursing regulations and accreditation standards
