RN Clinical Educator

Responsibilities

• Provide peer-to-peer education and in-servicing to nurses, physicians, and hospital staff regarding infusion pump products.
• Assess customer-specific education needs and collaborate with staff to deliver a positive educational experience.
• Utilize clinical expertise to answer questions and address concerns regarding medical device technology.
• Provide updates, reports, and valuable feedback to clients during and after in-service assignments.
• Serve as a clinical resource and provide feedback to corporate teams to improve new and existing medical devices.
• Perform basic installation and education on infusion products without direct patient care or sales responsibilities.

Requirements

• Active RN license is required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in ICU, Oncology, Med/Surg, or critical care units within the last 5 years.
• Ability to travel regionally and nationally to support customer needs.
• Minimum availability of 2 weeks per month for this per-diem role.
• Intermediate computer skills and comfort with basic software programs.
• Ability to work effectively in group settings with strong professional acumen.

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN degree highly preferred.
• Leadership experience such as a manager, educator, or preceptor.
• Experience with Pulse Oximetry Devices.
• Previous experience as a super-user or in infusion pump education.
