About the role
Responsibilities
- Own consult-to-start conversion by conducting high-quality consultations and guiding families toward timely care decisions
- Lead successful service starts by aligning expectations, coordinating care setup, and mitigating onboarding risks
- Drive client retention through ongoing engagement, regular reassessments, and care plan adjustments
- Serve as a trusted advisor to families, helping them navigate complex care decisions with clarity and confidence
- Partner cross-functionally with scheduling, operations, and Care Pros to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
- Use CRM systems and data to manage your portfolio, track performance, and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
- Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact state licensure
- 1+ year of experience in a consultative, client-facing role (e.g., healthcare, senior care, social work, or care coordination)
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes such as conversion, retention, or service adoption
- Strong relationship management skills and experience leading structured discovery and needs assessment conversations
- Proficiency with structured systems and tools, including CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to spend approximately 75% of time in the field with reliable transportation
- Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work to meet client needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with older adults and their families
- Educational background in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Gerontology, or a related field
Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $95,000
- Uncapped monthly commissions with expected annual on-target earnings of $110,000
