RMS System Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead day-to-day activities to meet contractual maintenance commitments and service level agreements.
• Coordinate with local service providers to deliver on maintenance agreements and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with both the customer and local service partners.
• Remotely diagnose system failures and facilitate call management and emergency service escalation procedures.
• Maintain accurate service history statistics and monitor system availability metrics.
• Prepare briefings for customers, service partners, and management.
• Work with sales teams to identify new service opportunities and formulate future communication requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers and third-party contractors to review design recommendations for system upgrades and improvements.

Requirements

• High School diploma, Associates, or Bachelor's degree in IT, Public Safety, or Technology.
• Ability to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers (CJIS compliance).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Technology.
• 3+ years of experience in IT, Public Safety, Computer Science, or System Maintenance.
• Experience with Public Safety Applications including CAD, RMS, and Mobile.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server, Desktop Operating Systems, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proven track record deploying enterprise hardware and software solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving hardware, networks, and third-party components.
