RMS System Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the PremierOne Records Management System (RMS) dedicated to the Prince William County Police Department
• Oversee customer RMS systems, related services, and interfaces
• Build and maintain positive, effective, and mutually beneficial working alliances with the customer
• Initiate problem-solving actions and follow through to resolution
• Execute customer operations policies and procedures
• Provide regular communication to requestors regarding the progress of assigned work orders

Requirements

• High School Diploma, Associates, or Bachelor's degree
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers (CJIS compliance)
• Experience with Public Safety Applications and Records Management Systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Windows Server
• Experience with virtualization software and Network Load Balancing (NLB)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of Public Safety Applications experience
• Experience with Motorola PremierOne RMS or comparable applications
• Proficiency in NIBRS incident-based reporting
• Experience with hardware blades, Storage Area Networks (SAN), and HP enterprise hardware
• Familiarity with SQL, XML, .NET, and ODBC
• Experience with firewalls and routers (Fortigate preferred)
• MCSA/MCSE skills
