RMA Technician

Responsibilities

• Test, diagnose, and evaluate returned products using standard engineering and troubleshooting techniques
• Perform hands-on hardware testing and failure analysis
• Provide repair support and detailed reporting of findings
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to diagnose product issues and document findings
• Manage multiple priorities in an office and lab environment

Requirements

• High School diploma with military electronics/avionics training or related experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Proficiency with electrical testing equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to work safely in an office and lab environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or a related field
• Experience troubleshooting and testing electronic equipment
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and assembly documentation
• Hand soldering experience or IPC/JEDEC certification
