About the role
Responsibilities
- Activate trading accounts and guide clients on equity market dynamics
- Cross-sell investment products including Insurance, Mutual Funds, PMS, SIP, and IPOs
- Coordinate daily equity trades and assist with online execution
- Drive revenue growth and ensure client profitability
- Provide market insights and investment advisory services
- Acquire new clients through referrals and reactivate inactive clients
- Manage margin collections and market-to-market losses
Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the broking industry
- Mandatory NISM Series VA & VIII certification
- Hands-on experience in broking and financial products
- No self-trading experience allowed
- Expertise in client acquisition and retention strategies
