About the role
Responsibilities
- Create unforgettable customer experiences using the "water island" and providing personalized advice
- Drive active sales and support the team in achieving sales targets
- Maintain salon aesthetics and order according to brand standards
- Adhere to workplace safety regulations
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to reach goals
Requirements
- Experience in retail sales or gastronomy is a plus
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and orderly
- Availability to work part-time including most weekends and afternoons according to mall hours
