Risk Systems & Strategy Deployment Manager

Responsibilities

• Own product requirements for credit risk systems, including decision engines, customer limit management, fraud systems, and data platforms
• Deploy credit risk policies, scorecards, models, and business rules into the decision engine and model platform
• Monitor strategy performance, including approval rates, rejection reasons, error rates, and system stability
• Act as the primary liaison between Risk Strategy, Engineering, QA, Operations, and vendor teams to clarify requirements and resolve production issues
• Lead end-to-end delivery of risk system projects from requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring
• Translate business and risk requirements into low-to-mid fidelity UI prototypes and wireframes to communicate system behavior to engineering teams
• Maintain thorough documentation covering decision logic, rule versions, data fields, and deployment records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in banking, consumer finance, fintech, lending, or similar financial services
• Hands-on experience with decision engines, rule engines, or credit decisioning platforms
• Solid understanding of credit risk processes, including policy design and scorecard deployment
• Strong SQL or Python skills for data analysis and workflow automation
• Proven experience in project management and managing multiple cross-functional workstreams
• Familiarity with prototyping or wireframing tools to visualize system flows and UI mockups
