Risk Strategy Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and technical support to internal selective credit systems through incident management and application monitoring.
• Address and follow up on failures or inconsistencies reported by users in the ABC systems.
• Develop SQL queries and adjust VBA macros to resolve incidents and generate operational information.
• Detect and propose improvements to internal credit systems.
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly operational reports and national communications.
• Participate in certification testing, UAT, and production releases for credit systems.
• Document changes, processes, and adjustments made to internal tools.
• Support wholesale credit processes, including regulatory reporting extraction and user support.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Systems, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in information analysis, systems support, risk, or credit.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and VBA.
• Technical English proficiency.
• Experience with database management and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of wholesale credit processes.
• Experience in risk, credit, or database support environments.
