Risk Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in active risk identification, treatment, and assessment
• Act as the client's extended arm regarding risk management in design assignments and contracts
• Lead workshops for risk identification, analysis, and treatment across organizational levels
• Guide the organization in implementing risk management tools such as Exonaut Risk
• Support procurement processes by advising on risk management requirements

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Minimum 3 years of university education in civil engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of documented experience in risk management within construction and infrastructure projects

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a client for construction or infrastructure projects
• At least 2 years of experience working with projects in a railway environment
• At least 1 year of experience as a contractor or designer
