Risk Solutions Group Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support senior salespeople on live deals and major transactions
• Create and maintain pitch books and client materials for hedge advisory discussions
• Model and price complex derivative structures and liaise with swap traders
• Analyze economic research to develop market commentary
• Support new client onboarding and pre-trade/post-trade processes
• Conduct data analysis to identify new client opportunities
• Partner with various capital markets teams on cross-product client pitches and transaction execution
• Complete ad-hoc projects to improve operational processes

Requirements

• Minimum second year undergraduate student
• Basic market knowledge and a demonstrated interest in capital markets
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
• Ability to take initiative and work effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Enrollment in CFA program or holding CSC/CPH designations
• Understanding of macro/interest rate market dynamics and bond markets
• Prior related work experience in financial services
• Experience using Bloomberg terminals
