Risk Reporting Associate

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize Liquidity reporting numbers for regulatory submission (e.g., LCR, NSFR).
• Perform daily balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Conduct impact analyses for changes in regulatory reporting requirements.
• Determine business drivers behind variances and communicate impacts to Liquidity Risk Management and Treasury groups.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Lines of Business, Controllers, and Global Treasury to analyze balance sheet data and forecasts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, data quality remediation, and automation.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a regulatory or liquidity reporting role.
• Strong knowledge of banking products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance (FRM, CFA, CMA, CA, or MBA Finance is an advantage).
• Knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx.
• Experience performing complex quantitative analysis.
• Flexibility to work in APAC shifts.
