Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support recurring risk reporting and escalation to PMO and program leadership
• Facilitate risk identification and intake across technical, construction, and delivery workstreams
• Maintain and coordinate risk registers at project, package, and program levels
• Support project teams in effective risk identification, mitigation, and escalation practices
• Monitor overall risk exposure and assess remaining risk budget
• Conduct quantitative risk assessments (cost and schedule) to inform contingency levels
• Lead comprehensive schedule and cost-effective risk assessment processes (QCRA & QSRA)
• Integrate risk management functions with cost, schedule, and change control teams
• Support identification and communication of risks impacting schedule performance

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Public Trust security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, or engineering
• 10+ years of applicable experience in construction risk management
• Experience in Program Management or Program Controls environments
• In-depth understanding of construction delivery methods, contracts, and commercial models
• Proficiency with web-based database tools such as ARM, Kahua, or Tableau
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and negotiation skills
