Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the global risk mapping process and coordinate various risk approaches across the group to ensure consistent deployment.
• Build and maintain the risk management framework, including initial risk, residual risk, risk appetite, and target risk processes.
• Drive the enterprise risk management (ERM) assessment and support operational departments in defining risk reduction actions.
• Develop business-specific risk maps and implement systems to detect weak signals from operations, audits, and incidents.
• Foster a risk management culture across the group and lead the risk management community.
• Collaborate with Resilience, IT Risk, Industrial Risk, and Legal functions to ensure compliance with standards like NIS2 and ISO 22301.
• Create innovative risk monitoring and detection tools, leveraging Artificial Intelligence for risk mapping and key risk indicators (KRIs).
• Manage and mentor a Risk Specialist.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management within a corporate environment or a consulting/audit firm.
• Strong knowledge of risk management standards, specifically COSO, COBIT, and ISO 31000.
• Proven expertise in managing IT and industrial/continuity risks.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and writing skills for reporting to executive leadership and audit committees.
• Strong collaborative spirit with the ability to work in co-construction with various stakeholders.
• A strong interest in or knowledge of Cloud technology and the IT sector.
