Risk Manager II

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and implementation of tools and programs to advance global safety and compliance efforts.
• Conduct risk assessments for current functions and operational processes to identify gaps in controls.
• Document existing processes and review standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with legal, technical, and business teams to deliver high-impact end-to-end safety and compliance solutions.
• Support the establishment and maintenance of process controls and develop daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
• Act as a non-technical solution architect to develop strategies and build effective controls worldwide.

Requirements

• 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience handling confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program requirements definition and leveraging data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Proficiency with SQL and Excel.
• Professional auditing qualification or similar risk or compliance credentials.
