Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential risks, implications, and opportunities across project lifecycles.
• Develop detailed Risk Management Plans, risk registers, project reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Create and implement cost-effective mitigation strategies and contingency plans in collaboration with project teams.
• Facilitate risk workshops to identify emerging risks and evaluate existing risk controls.
• Monitor and review project risks regularly, tracking treatment actions and communicating trends to senior management.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to project directors and managers to promote a risk-aware culture.
• Evaluate and quantify risks using quantitative techniques, such as Monte Carlo simulations.
• Calculate risk allowances and contingencies through quantitative schedule and cost risk analysis.
• Ensure compliance with international risk management standards, such as ISO 31000.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in risk management within construction, infrastructure, or mega projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience working on large-scale or complex developments.
• Strong understanding of risk management methodologies, tools, and international standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Saudi nationals are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP-RMP certification.
• ISO 31000 certification.
