About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the third-party risk program end to end, from initial due diligence to vendor offboarding
- Conduct due diligence questionnaires and assess vendor risk profiles
- Communicate vendor risk levels and implications to leadership in plain terms
- Ensure vendor failures do not impact customer experience or regulatory compliance
- Monitor critical service providers including KYC providers, bureau data feeds, processors, and collections agencies
Requirements
- Experience managing third-party or vendor risk programs
- Ability to assess technical and operational risks within a vendor chain
- Strong communication skills for reporting to leadership
- Understanding of risk management in fintech or high-transaction environments
