Risk Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data to build risk dashboards and indicators (operational, credit, market, and liquidity).
• Support the preparation of strategic regulatory reports for CNBV and Banxico.
• Participate in risk assessments for new products, services, and technological tools.
• Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRI) and report any anomalies or deviations.
• Collaborate on the execution of stress tests to evaluate adverse financial scenarios.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or candidate for degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Intermediate-advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables and macros are mandatory).
• Intermediate or advanced English level.
• Full-time availability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge or strong interest in developing models using SQL, Power BI, or Python.
• Familiarity with core banking systems such as TOPAZ or risk tools like Risky 2.0.
