Risk Management - Program Management Associate

Responsibilities

• Support model risk coverage activities, including preparing materials for Risk Committees and Business Review Meetings
• Lead model review and issue remediation planning while assisting Model Risk Officers with prioritization
• Monitor and report model risk metrics and facilitate escalation when breaches occur
• Centrally manage programs to ensure effective execution of the model risk framework, including CCAR and inventory confirmations
• Engage with senior leaders and development teams regarding regulatory and audit deliverables
• Identify process execution pain points and collaborate with Product, Policy, and Analytics teams to implement enhancements

Requirements

• Proven project or program management capabilities
• Solid understanding of risk management frameworks and the Three Lines of Defense model within large organizations
• Strong stakeholder management and teamwork skills with the ability to build effective relationships
• Ability to synthesize complex data and build concise commentary for senior audiences
• Self-motivated with outstanding organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Intellectual curiosity and a proven ability to learn new concepts quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• A degree in an analytical field such as Business, Finance, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Direct experience in Model Risk Management
