Risk Management Professional - Insurance Risk

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic design, policy placement, and renewal of global insurance programs including Property, Casualty, Cyber, and D&O.
• Oversee end-to-end global claims management, partnering with brokers and carriers to drive cost-effective resolutions.
• Manage external broker partnerships and insurance vendors to ensure high-quality service and market intelligence.
• Optimize the Total Cost of Risk (TCOR) through data-driven insights, strategic premium allocation, and retention modeling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and HR to align coverage with global business activities and acquisitions.

Requirements

• 5 to 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate insurance, enterprise risk management, or insurance brokerage.
• Proven track record of managing multi-line insurance program renewals and large-scale global broker relationships.
• Deep technical knowledge of Property, General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Cyber, and Executive Risk.
• Hands-on experience in claims oversight working with international insurance carriers.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex risk data to executives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional risk management or insurance designations such as CPCU, ARM, or CRM.
• Direct experience managing corporate insurance programs within a complex, fast-growing global technology company.
