Risk Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate risk identification workshops with project stakeholders
• Develop and maintain risk registers and ensure alignment with project scope and timelines
• Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and action plans
• Conduct quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis (CSRA) using appropriate methodologies
• Analyse cost uncertainty, schedule impacts, and contingency requirements
• Integrate risk outputs into project controls, cost estimates, and schedules
• Prepare and present risk reports and dashboards to clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cost, planning, and project controls teams
• Support continuous improvement of risk tools, templates, and data libraries

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience in project controls, EPC, or project engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in risk management
• Experience in Oil & gas, Mining, Renewable energy, or Infrastructure sectors
• Experience working on large CAPEX projects (FEED, EPC, or PMC)
• Proficiency in @Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis, or Safran Risk
• Advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
