Risk Cost Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering data for risk and cost assessments across project processes
• Support the monitoring of project cost drivers, market factors, and external conditions
• Perform preliminary analyses using qualitative and quantitative methods, including cost modeling and scenario analysis
• Integrate risk findings into cost estimates, forecasts, and contingency planning
• Support the development and tracking of risk mitigation strategies
• Prepare draft reports, presentations, and summaries for senior analysts
• Maintain organized records of risk registers and cost assessments
• Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with construction projects
• Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in risk, cost, or project support roles
• Familiarity with risk management and cost analysis concepts
• Experience supporting large-scale projects or infrastructure programs
• Proficiency with risk and cost management tools such as Excel, @Risk, or Primavera Risk Analysis
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
