About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering data for risk and cost assessments across project processes
- Support the monitoring of project cost drivers, market factors, and external conditions
- Perform preliminary analyses using qualitative and quantitative methods, including cost modeling and scenario analysis
- Integrate risk findings into cost estimates, forecasts, and contingency planning
- Support the development and tracking of risk mitigation strategies
- Prepare draft reports, presentations, and summaries for senior analysts
- Maintain organized records of risk registers and cost assessments
- Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with construction projects
- Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in risk, cost, or project support roles
- Familiarity with risk management and cost analysis concepts
- Experience supporting large-scale projects or infrastructure programs
- Proficiency with risk and cost management tools such as Excel, @Risk, or Primavera Risk Analysis
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
