Risk Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and document potential technical, financial, schedule, and operational risks
• Develop and maintain comprehensive risk registers and assessment matrices
• Monitor risk indicators and escalate issues to senior leadership
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders for timely reporting
• Prepare detailed risk reports and presentations for management reviews
• Assist in developing risk mitigation and contingency plans
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and Saudi Arabian construction regulations
• Maintain organized documentation systems and databases
• Participate in risk assessment meetings and workshops
• Support continuous improvement of risk management processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in risk management, project controls, or construction project management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and frameworks
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Knowledge of construction industry practices and project delivery methods
• Familiarity with HSE compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Risk management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent)
• Experience with risk management software and tools
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian construction regulations and local compliance
• Previous experience in construction project delivery or engineering environments
• Familiarity with contract management and procurement processes
