Risk Controls Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Drive security enhancements and risk mitigation by partnering with stakeholders across various business units
• Maintain awareness of business operations to influence technology enhancements related to risk and fraud
• Manage projects by documenting progress, providing recurring updates, and identifying remedies for potential hurdles
• Educate stakeholders on the risks associated with fraud and assist in prioritizing risk enhancements
• Provide non-traditional risk monitoring and investigative services, including off-hours support as needed
• Act as a subject matter expert on worldwide risk processes and best practices
• Centralize and streamline risk mitigation techniques across multiple systems, regions, and centers

Requirements

• BA degree or equivalent work experience
• 3 years of experience in an analytical role
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Ability to lead, influence, and drive change within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Self-starter capable of working both individually and in a team environment
• Previous experience in professional presentations
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple lines of business
• Strong understanding of and experience with credit card operations
