Risk Controlling Manager

Responsibilities

• Carry out risk inventory and create the overall risk profile of the bank and the group
• Manage operational fulfillment of risk management and controlling processes including CSRBB, IRRBB, credit, operational, and liquidity risk
• Develop and maintain System of Risk Indicators and Risk Early Detection Procedures
• Monitor risk situation, risk-bearing capacity, and review set limits
• Prepare risk reports and presentations for Financial Risk Management and stakeholders
• Coordinate internal and external meetings with auditors, regulators, and third-party stakeholders
• Fulfill tasks related to outsourcing agreements for Risk Management processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial risk management within retail banking or financial institutions
• Specific expertise in CSRBB, IRRBB, credit, operational, and liquidity risk
• Educational degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Management, or a related field
• Solid economic, business, mathematical, and statistical knowledge
• Proficiency with risk management software and AI tools for analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of German banking law and regulatory standards
• Fluent English; German communication skills are a strong advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
