Risk Control Expert

Responsibilities

• Manage risk assessment, monitoring, and control for crypto wealth products including liquidity mining, on-chain yield, and structured products
• Conduct risk due diligence on external DeFi protocols such as Aave, Curve, and EigenLayer
• Build and maintain quantitative risk monitoring models, early-warning indicators, and stress testing frameworks
• Monitor on-chain address behavior to identify potential oracle manipulation, flash loan attacks, or market manipulation
• Develop and execute emergency response plans for major risk events and conduct post-mortem root-cause analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of risk control experience in financial institutions or crypto asset firms
• 3+ years of direct experience involving structured wealth products
• Proficiency in on-chain analytics tools such as Etherscan, Dune, or Nansen
• Strong technical skills in Python and SQL for data analysis and risk quantification
• Fluency in both Chinese and English

Preferred Qualifications

• FRM, CFA, or equivalent risk/finance certifications
• Hands-on experience with various crypto wealth product characteristics and risk structures
