Responsibilities

• Conduct credit risk assessments for borrowers and optimize credit scoring systems
• Manage core risk control parameters including loan limits, collateral haircuts, and LTV ratios
• Establish due diligence and credit approval processes for institutional and high-net-worth clients
• Monitor overall risk exposure and perform asset-liability management to ensure liquidity
• Analyze concentration risks and develop stress testing frameworks for extreme market conditions
• Collaborate with product and R&D teams to implement automated risk management logic
• Generate regular risk reports and key metric analysis for management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science
• At least 3 years of experience in credit risk or lending risk control
• Expertise in credit risk measurement, collateral management, and liquidity risk management
• Proficiency in SQL and practical experience in data modeling using Python or R
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market and lending products
• Professional certifications such as FRM or CFA
• Hands-on experience building credit scoring or risk-based pricing models
