Risk Control Agent and Driver

Responsibilities

• Ensure the security of facilities, assets, guests, visitors, and employees
• Monitor internal and external hotel areas to identify unusual or risky situations
• Control the entry and exit of people, vehicles, and merchandise
• Perform security rounds and complete daily checklists and logs
• Report incidents, accidents, or relevant security events to supervisors
• Enforce internal regulations, security procedures, and alcohol control policies
• Welcome guests according to established service standards
• Transport employees between Chivay and the hotel safely and punctually
• Maintain the assigned transport unit through regular inspections and route logs

Requirements

• Valid A2B driver's license
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a security agent or driver
• Basic English proficiency for guest interaction during emergencies
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word
• Knowledge of first aid, self-defense, firefighting, and evacuation routes
• Ability to manage communication equipment and follow internal protocols
